These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Irva mobile application and related services ("Irva", "the app"). By downloading, accessing or using Irva, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Irva.
Irva helps people on GLP-1 medication track weight and body composition, nutrition, workouts, side effects, labs and cardiovascular-risk trends, follow their titration schedule, and receive personalised, science-informed guidance and AI-generated meal plans. Features and content are provided for informational purposes and may change over time.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@akagai.co and we will review your request in good faith.
You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to reverse-engineer it, disrupt it, access it through unauthorised means, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
Irva and its content, design and software are owned by us and our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use.
Your use of Irva is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the data you enter; you grant us the permissions described in the Privacy Policy so we can operate the service for you.
Irva relies on third-party providers (including Supabase, Razorpay, and an AI provider). Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate or insight it provides is accurate for your individual circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Irva and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any decision you make based on the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using Irva at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the service or other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
